As we are a medical facility, we are requiring masks of anyone entering our office lobby (masks are not required in the main building lobby). Please communicate any medical or religious exemptions to our office staff directly upon arrival. If you forgot your mask, no worries, we have some for $1.00 ea.

Restrooms: Should you need to use the restroom at any time, they are located outside our office to the left inside the building main lobby. If you need any special assistance, just ask – we are here to help.
Additional Guests exceeding 1 if an adult and 2 if a dependent is present, may wait comfortably on the couches and chairs in the main lobby with direct access to the restrooms. Sorry we do not have a ‘guest’ wifi.
Welcome to our lobby!: Upon entry to our lobby, we will sanitize our hands together with a non-toxic eucalyptus gel. If you are chemically sensitive, please advise our office so that we may use alternatives. While turning off your devices upon entry to our office is preferred, we know many of you may need access to your phone to share information with Dr. Skip during your office visit or treatment. We will be happy to provide you sanitation for these. When entering our office, please remain cognizant to limit touching any unnecessary surfaces including your face.
Emergencies: We hope they never happen, but should you need to take an emergency call, we ask that you please exit our office door and take the call in the building lobby. If the emergency abates, please return to our office and we will check you out and reschedule you for a follow-up appointment to continue your office visit and/or treatment.
Check-in: Upon sanitizing, we will take your temperature and record other fun vitals for Dr. Skip. Should you be running a fever, our office will provide you with some discharge instructions.
Oh No! ‘I’m Late’ or ‘I Missed My Appointment’, Now What?: Our small business will charge you a $75 fee and do our best to reschedule you ASAP. Late: >10 minutes past appointment start time.
Safety: As a healing environment: Always treat others with kindness and respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for acts of aggression, including: abusive language, verbal harassment, sexual language directed toward others, threats of harm or physical assault. Anyone who acts aggressively may be asked to leave and may be reported to the authorities. We respectfully request that patients leave their firearms safely locked in their vehicle. If you do bring a firearm, please let your provider know at the beginning of your visit. |
