Information you’ll need to provide

  • Workers’ Compensation – Enter the claim number in the “policy number” field. Include the adjuster’s name and phone number in the notes section.
  • Travelers’ Insurance – Supply the policy number (you may not have a claim number).

Once we receive all required details, our billing team typically completes the verification within 24–72 hours and will email you the coverage results.


What to Expect During Treatment

The initial program usually consists of 4–6 acupuncture and manual‑therapy sessions. After each visit:

  1. Patient self‑assessment – You record functional improvement at check‑in.
  2. Physician documentation – Dr. Skip documents progress in a SOAP note for every session.

If needed, we can send these electronic SOAP notes directly to you or to any third party handling your claim.


If You Have an Attorney Representing Your Claim

When an attorney is involved, we require a signed lien of payment to be provided to the attorney. This lien ensures our office receives payment once the litigation is resolved.
