Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What common symptoms do you treat?
Do you accept insurance?
We work with many insurance providers, but coverage depends on your specific plan. As specialists, some policies may classify our services differently. Our billing department can verify your coverage by reviewing your insurance information.
What to do: Click the Verify Insurance button in the top right corner of our website. We’ll review your policy and contact you via email within 3–5 business days with details on what your insurance covers.
Do you bill insurance for labs or scans (MRI/CT/X-ray)?
Our specialty is not recognized by insurance carriers for direct billing of lab work or imaging. However, we partner with cash-based co-op networks that offer patients approximately 90% discounts on these services. For many patients—especially those with high deductibles—this results in lower out-of-pocket costs than going through insurance.
Pricing: Is there a premium for your specialty services?
No. Our pricing is benchmarked against Fair Health Market rates for our zip code. Combined with our discounted lab and prescription rates, you can be confident you’re receiving fair pricing without paying for luxury overhead. Our pricing is always updated and published on our website HERE.
Are you accepting New Patients?
Yes, but we only see one New Patient per day (based on time availability). Visit the New Patients menu option on our website to begin the onboarding process and find an appointment time that works for you. Please note we are typically scheduled 2 months in advance.
Do you offer discounted service packages?
Yes! Most of our services include package pricing at approximately 40% off our standard rates. To learn more:

Can I follow you on social media?
No, we are by word of mouth and do not advertise. We maintain business profiles on Google and Yelp where you can view our services and read patient submitted reviews. However, we do not maintain active social media accounts. This decision reflects our commitment to HIPAA compliance and avoiding the ethical complexities that arise when healthcare providers engage in influencer-style content. We prioritize patient privacy and professional boundaries above all. If you want to learn more about wellness, we have a large library of blog posts available to you HERE.
