WHAT IS THE PMA?

The PMA, the international regulatory board for the practice of pastoral medicine, is a landmark organization which establishes standards, certifies and licenses practitioners in natural medical arts, and brings the general public together in membership with practitioners from all areas of health care to share in safe, natural medicine. The PMA brings many new benefits to patients, practitioners and potential students interested in pursuing this exciting new faith centred career direction both within the United States and internationally.

Along with secular licenses in Oriental Medicine & Acupuncture which are maintained in current status in West Virginia and Washington, D.C., Dr. Hart also holds an ecclesiastical license in Pastoral Medicine from the Pastoral Medical Association. Beginning April 1, 2012 Dr. Hart and AskDrSkip.com, LLC will require all new patients to sign an updated consent form as well as a Communicant Agreement from the Pastoral Medical Association. This protects both you the patient as well as me the Practitioner. As always, your personal information is held by Dr. Skip and AskDrSkip.com in the highest confidence and utmost of privacy.

The ever-increasing crisis in healthcare is evidence that conventional medicine, as it is, has evolved to actually become the #1 problem facing health. In our offices, though, we want to see everybody who visits with us provided with the advantages of natural medicine. However, legal restrictions typically prohibit conventional medicine practitioners, in many areas, from even discussing possible, viable alternatives to drugs, radiation, and surgery. Notwithstanding, regardless of any other credentials and licensing a practitioner may have, practitioners who are licensed in natural/pastoral medicine through the international ecclesiastical assembly of healthcare practitioners from all areas of healthcare, counseling, and ministry, known as the Pastoral Medical Association (PMA), have joined with the general public to share all-natural health and wellness solutions for healthcare options, based upon pastoral science and medicine. One of the mission objectives of the PMA is to assure that practitioners from all areas of healthcare and all corners of the world have the choice of offering natural/pastoral-based healthcare, so that the People have a choice as well.

In accordance with the law, the PMA is a private entity that operates under its own constitutionally-protected, ecclesiastical governmental structure. Rules mandate that PMA practitioners may only share pastoral science and medicine information and services with individuals that have agreed to the terms and conditions of admission into PMA jurisdiction. Admission is as simple as reviewing and agreeing to our Communicant Admission Agreement (CAA), which is available for free online. So that I may be free to legally offer you the most up-to-date information and options available within the realm of complementary and alternative medicine.

As a communicant/subscriber you will be able to learn from me many things never told to the general public by conventional medicine. This information will empower you with the ability to make an informed choice about how you want to pursue supporting your current health and long-term wellbeing! Please note that signing the agreement in NO-WAY-WHATSOEVER asks that you change your religious affiliation or become apart of any type of religion. This paradigm is open and available to all people regardless of there spirituality, religion or belief structure. Additionally, we do not discriminate in any way.
