Appointments are typically scheduled 2 to 5 weeks in advance, depending on availability. We operate by appointment only, but special arrangements can be made for appointments outside of our regular hours. For inquiries about availability and associated charges, please contact us directly.
If you’re seeking Quality of Life or Palliative Care support—such as relief from pain, anxiety/depression, or nausea—please book:

This appointment includes discussion of Functional Endocrinology Labs to help uncover root causes and guide a personalized treatment plan
Please note: We offer separate booking links for the following categories:
- 🧍Adults (expect a 75 min. appt. for a comprehensive evaluation)
- 🧒 Youth (ages 12 and up) — Our office does not see pediatric patients under 12 (expect a 60 min. appt. for a comprehensive evaluation)
- 🤰Comprehensive Reproductive Health Consultation (i.e. Fertility & Pelvic Pain: expect a 90 min. appt. for a comprehensive evaluation)

đź“ť Step 2: Complete an Intake Packet & Insurance Verification (if applicable).
After booking your appointment, you will receive two emails from us: 1. Confirming your appointment and 2. Providing login instructions for our secure online intake process. Paperwork must be completed in advance as there will be no time for in-office completion. Our office aims to be paperless and contact-less whenever possible. If you have insurance, the intake packet will include instructions to validate your coverage. If you prefer to do this first, click the button below.

When you arrive, we will aide you in sanitation measures and take your vitals. We look forward to helping you on the path to wellness.
As a client, you’ll share your health history and lab tests with us. This helps Dr. Skip understand your health concerns and goals. During your consultation, he’ll assess your medical history and discuss improvements. Acupuncture exams are typically 15 minutes, while other consultations/treatments may last up to 60-75 minutes. Dr. Skip may recommend lab tests for a comprehensive view of your health. With this information, he’ll tailor a holistic wellness program to your goals, using herbal formulas and non-invasive techniques to achieve balance and optimal results
