💊 Dosage

  • Standard: 3 – 4 capsules every 4 – 6 hours as needed for muscle spasms/cramps.
  • Maximum (if required): Up to 5 – 6 capsules every 2 – 4 hours.
  • Tip: Take on an empty stomach with a tall glass of warm water for best absorption.

  • Hypertension: Avoid long‑term use; the herb Zhi Gan Cao (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle) may cause water retention.
  • Anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy: Herbs like Dang Gui Wei (Extremitas Radix Angelicae Sinensis) can increase bleeding risk. Patients on warfarin (Coumadin) or similar drugs should consult their physician before using this formula.
