Alternatives to Paying with Insurance Coverage
Private Pay Pricing (Time of Service)
Sometimes working outside of insurance is your best option. This is a good alternative if you have a very high deductible, your insurance doesn’t cover our services or if you do not have health insurance. With this method, you pay for the service as it is rendered.
We like to pass on some savings to our patients, so “Time of Service” pricing is discounted 15% for those that do not have insurance or who wish to complete a waiver of insurance filing. Keep in mind, that the “Time of Service” discount is only available on services that typically would be covered by an insurance company if you were using one. Not all of our services qualify for the 15% discount. Please work with our office to determine your eligibility.
Note: We offer 30% discounts to First-Responders and are part of the Huntington Compass Program.
This option is similar to the Time of Service option, in that insurance is not billed. But with PrePay, you will pay for a set number of hours in advance (see packages in our booking tool for availability). This is a great alternative, as you can save up to 35% off our regular billed pricing.
Again, PrePay pricing is only available on services that would have been traditionally covered by insurance if you had chosen to use insurance. Contact our office to see if your services qualify for the PrePay option.
