📅 Treatment Plan

  • Acute cases (ear only): 1‑3 sessions are usually enough. Add more sessions if you’re dealing with upper‑respiratory infections, cough, cold, flu, allergies, yeast, sinus or ear problems, or just want an immunity boost.  If issues are in your chest consider Nebulizer Treatments.
  • Chronic cases (rectal + ear): 2‑4 ear sessions per week, 4‑6 weeks on → 2 weeks off (rest) → rinse, repeat, and continue as needed. This schedule supports tougher conditions such as cancer, autoimmune disease, HIV, hepatitis C, liver issues, and overall detoxification.
  • Notify us promptly if you experience irritation, unusual pain, or any other concerns.
  • Therapy termination will be confirmed by lab results and/or clear symptom improvement.

🌬️ Introduction

  • Ozone therapy belongs to Oxidative Medicine – it delivers super‑charged oxygen to stimulate the immune system, lower histamine‑driven allergies, and oxidize parasites, viruses, bacteria, and fungi.
  • What ozone can’t do: remove heavy metals, replace missing gut bacteria, fix vitamin/mineral deficits, or correct structural abnormalities.

🌩️ What Is Ear Insufflation?

  • A sterile ozone/oxygen gas mixture is gently introduced into the ear canal using a modified stethoscope.
  • The ear’s natural oily secretions let the lipophilic ozone travel into the sinus cavities and even the brain.
  • Most patients notice mood lifts and relief from:
    • Ear infections & yeast
    • Upper‑respiratory & sinus infections
    • Tinnitus, headaches, and brain fog
  • The procedure is painless, safe, and typically free of side‑effects.
  • For sinus infections: use ACS 200 nasal spray 6‑8 times / day until symptoms resolve (see handout/FullScript).
  • Helpful adjuncts: Cold‑Mist Humidifier, Hot Toddy recipe, Oxypowder, Salt Gargle, TCM Cough prescription if you’re ill.

⚠️ Risk & Possible Side‑Effects

  • Local: pain (often from blocked eustachian tubes/earwax), irritation, oozing, crusting, flaking, redness, swelling, bruising, bleeding.
  • You may notice fluid drainage from ears, nose, or coughing up phlegm – this is usually a detox sign, not a problem.
  • ALERT: Herxheimer reactions can feel dramatic but are part of the pathogen‑kill process. Unless life‑threatening, they are not a reason to stop therapy; we’ll simply slow the pacing if needed.

🛠️ At‑Home Care

  • Hydration & nutrition: stay hydrated (Go‑Juice, electrolyte drinks) and snack every few hours. Do not start ozone if you’re hungry; have a light snack beforehand.
  • If ears become irritated: place a few drops of coconut or olive oil in each ear as needed. A Mullein/Garlic ear oil from the FullScript store works well.
  • If you feel “over‑done,” yucky, drained, or short of breath:
    • Take Liposomal Vitamin C immediately (high‑absorption, up to 98%).
    • If symptoms persist, sip Electrolyte Synergy or ACV‑water, or a glass of fresh lemon/lime/orange juice.

📞 Follow‑Up & Lab Monitoring

  • Acute protocol: no routine labs needed unless symptoms persist.
  • Chronic protocol: functional lab panels are checked 3‑6 months after starting, then annually (or sooner if anomalies appear).
  • We can email a lab requisition before your yearly appointment so results are ready for review.
  • Any new symptoms, concerns, or questions? Schedule a quick follow‑up with Dr. Skip, O.M.D. at any time—no need to wait for the next scheduled visit.

💧 Ozone Water Adjunct

  • Drink ozonated water on an empty stomach or at least 3 hours after a meal.
  • You may eat 15‑20 minutes after drinking; this gives the ozone time to absorb through the intestines into the bloodstream.
  • Store the water in the refrigerator – it stays potent longer.
  • Half‑life: ≈ 24 hours (after that the concentration is halved, so don’t wait too long before consuming).

Take care, stay hydrated, and keep an eye on how you feel. We’re here to support you throughout your ozone ear‑insufflation journey! 🌟
