Clinical Applications

Proper hydration and electrolyte balance are essential for overall health, kidney and adrenal function, blood pressure regulation, heart function, nerve conduction, and pH balance. Dehydration can stress organs, impair toxin elimination, and contribute to fatigue, headaches, poor sleep, and overall dysfunction. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), electrolytes, and high-quality salt support hydration, mineral balance, and cellular health.
