Aquapuncture IV Infusion Therapy – Boost Immunity & Recovery

Liquid Nutrients—Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, and More—Delivered with Medically Directed Precision for Targeted Health Outcomes

Fast, safe IV nutrient therapy that hydrates, revitalizes, and supports immune health. Learn how Dr. Skip’s Aquapuncture can help you feel your best.

IV Therapy – Structured Plan

For lasting results, especially with chronic or complex conditions, IV therapy should be part of a personalized plan—not a single session. Your plan will specify frequency and dosage, with adjustments over time to optimize health outcomes.

These may include drips to address chronic fatigue or pain, immune issues, nutritional deficiencies or mal-nourishment, cancer adjunct or surgical recovery, and athletic performance based on your prescriptive needs.

Injecting nutrients via IV or into acupuncture points strengthens foundational substances like Qi, Blood, and Essence. This is similar to deeply tonifying therapies in TCM, like herbal decoctions.

Prescription Basis

All prescriptions stem from your individual Traditional Medicine constitutional diagnosis and lab review, ensuring precise matching to your body’s needs.

Payment & Relationship

Aquapuncture is an elective, private‑pay service and isn’t eligible for insurance reimbursement, however, your FSA/HSA cards are welcome. A formal provider‑patient relationship is required to guarantee safe, effective, and personalized care.

Step 1 – Exam
Book the 45‑minute Aquapuncture Nutrition Exam (self‑service link). This mandatory exam confirms you’re a suitable candidate and costs $150, payable at booking. Arrive well‑hydrated (24 h) so veins are easy to assess. Existing Functional Medicine patients do not need a new exam.

Step 2 – Labs
If Dr. Skip, O.M.D. approves, you’ll be sent to LabCorp for required tests (≈ $150). Results determine which Aquapuncture therapies are safe for you. No follow‑up visit is needed, and review is free when ordered by our office. We’ll notify you when cleared so you can schedule treatment. Bringing external labs incurs a $50 review fee. Current Functional Medicine patients may not need additional labs—contact us for details.

Step 3 – Treatment
Once cleared, book your Aquapuncture session (60–90 min) online. Because the therapy uses rare, perishable ingredients, we require a 3‑business‑day advance notice and payment in full; appointments are non‑refundable and offered only on select days each month.

Step 4 – Re‑Evaluation
(Continue with any re‑evaluation details as needed.)

The administration of Aquapuncture Therapy allows the total amount of infusion to be available to the tissues of the body for maximum hydration where nutrients are forced into the cells by means of a high concentration gradient. Therefore, higher doses of nutrients can be administered than would otherwise be possible by mouth that would likely cause intestinal or stomach irritation.

  • Within 24 hours of your Aquapuncture, drink no less than 64 oz. of water or more (based on weight).

  • Wear Comfortable and Loose Clothing with layers to allow for your temperature comfort during treatment. Take off any coats, jackets or outer layers of clothing prior to Aquapuncture administration for your comfort level.
  • Personal Entertainment Devices / Items: Wi-fi is not provided, so please download anything you need for entertainment purposes or bring books, magazines etc.  Sound without a headset is not allowed in the treatment room. No headsets are provided.
