Getting to Our Office – 1000 5th Ave (Chase Bank Building)

If you need any escort or assistance, call us at 304‑634‑9700. We welcome feedback on these directions and will update them as needed.

Accessible Parking

Enter the lot off 10th St., then follow the road to the main Chase Bank lobby entrance on your right.

• Two reserved spots are available; the spot on the far right is van‑accessible.
• A curb‑less entrance sits directly in front of the accessibility entrance.

Door Opener

When you reach the Chase Bank lobby, look to the right (as you face the building) for the door‑opener button for the accessibility entrance.

Lobby Hours (Accessibility Entrance)

• Mon‑Thu: 9 am – 5 pm
• Fri: 9 am – 6 pm
• Sat: 9 am – 12 pm

Make sure any appointment you schedule falls within these hours. If you need us to arrange your visit during this window, just let us know.

From the Accessibility Entrance to Our Office

1. Turn right down the hallway that runs past the Chase Bank offices.
2. Look for the elevator bank on the right; press the call button (buttons have Braille).
3. Ride to the 1st floor.
4. Exit the elevator and turn immediately right.
5. Our office is just down the hallway, past the wall where the elevators stop.

If you’d like someone to meet you at the accessible parking area and escort you to the office, give us a call at 304‑634‑9700.

Accessible Restrooms

• Ground‑floor (bank lobby) and 1st‑floor (our floor) both have ADA‑compliant stalls.
• On the 1st floor, after leaving the elevator, take a left past the first office; the men’s and women’s rooms are on that side.
• These restrooms do not have automatic doors—just ask if you need help opening them.

Water & Additional Assistance

Wheelchair‑accessible water fountains are limited, but we’re happy to provide a glass of filtered water from our office. Just let us know.
