🧴 How to Use Estriol Cream
Each pump delivers 2.5 mg of estriol cream (approx. ¼ teaspoon or the size of a dime).
✅ General Application (Topical)
Apply cream to areas with thin skin for best absorption:
- Inner arms
- Back of the neck
- Chest
- Palms
- Soles of the feet
💡 Rotate the application site daily.
✅ Vaginal Application (Fingertip Method)
- Wash hands thoroughly.
- Pump out ¼ tsp (2.5 mg) of cream.
- Locate the vaginal opening (just below the urethra).
- Gently apply cream to the top wall of the vagina just below the urethra.
- You can also lightly rub the cream inside the vaginal wall like applying lotion.
- Avoid pushing cream deep inside.
