Why Should I Check My Breasts?
Your breasts come in different shapes and sizes—and they can change with age or at different times in your monthly cycle. Getting familiar with your normal look and feel is key. Knowing your breasts helps you spot any unusual changes early and get checked by a doctor if needed.
Understanding the signs and symptoms of breast cancer can save lives.
Check all parts of your breasts and armpits up to your collarbone.
