We understand that insurance doesn’t always cover the care you need—or may come with high deductibles or limited provider networks. That’s why we offer flexible, cost-conscious options for patients who choose to pay directly for services.

🔹 Time-of-Service Discount (Private Pay Pricing)

Paying at the time of your appointment can be a smart option if:

• You have a high-deductible insurance plan
• Your insurance doesn’t cover our services
• You don’t have health insurance

Benefit:
Receive a 15% discount when you pay at the time of service and either do not have insurance or sign a waiver to opt out of insurance billing.

⚠️ Note: This discount only applies to services that would typically be billable to insurance. Not all services qualify—please check with our office to confirm your eligibility.

Special Discounts:

• 30% off for First Responders
• We also participate in the Huntington Compass Program

🔹 PrePay Packages – Save ~40%

For even greater savings, consider our PrePay option, where you purchase a set number of consultation hours in advance (see packages in our booking tool at the bottom of the appointments).

Benefits:

• Save up to 40% off regular rates
• Lock in pricing and simplify your billing
• No insurance involvement or claim filing

As with Time-of-Service pricing, PrePay discounts apply only to services traditionally eligible for insurance coverage. Please contact us to confirm if your care qualifies.
