I cannot think of a situation in which Pau d’arco doesn’t comes to mind. This is an amazing bark from a tree with widespread healing properties. It is derived from the inner bark of the Tabebuia Avellanedae or Tabebuia Impetiginosa (Taheebo) tree grown in South America. It is also known by other names such as Lapacho. Pau d’Arco Tea has been used for many centuries by the Indio tribes of South America. The ancient Incas and Aztecs were probably the first to be familiar with the herb’s healing capabilities.

It is an ozoniferous plant, and grows only in the mountains of the Andes. Ozone air is fresh, pure, and free from pollution, smog, exhaust, smoke and pesticides. Researchers have discovered that the Pau D’Arco tree is the only type of vegetation known that will not permit the development of fungus.
