As most of you already know, I have been seriously entrenched in health and wellness product research for over 10 years. I have often said that the most important thing you can do for your health is eat a healthy diet loaded with clean, organic “whole-foods”. This means grass fed beef, free-range eggs, no processed foods, fruits, vegetables. Minimal complex carbohydrates and sugar…you know what I am talking about here – cakes, cookies, pies, breads – just to name a few.
